Choice of band widths for teens and adults (2.5 cm (1’’) or 4 cm (1 ½’’), 2.5 cm (1’’) band for kids (sizes F to L). Recommended Fabrics: 60" fabric width; Knit with spandex with stretch across the width AND the length. A medium weight and good recovery will ensure better support. Main Fabric: Nylon or polyester + spandex, supplex.Lining: Stretch mesh, swimwear lining or same as main fabric. You will also need: 3/4 - 1 1/4 yds of 1" (or 1 1/2") elastic for the band.
